Drama at Easter
We came into school over the Easter holidays to work on devising our drama pieces, based on the themes we’ve now identified as our focus. It was great to have Sean Lang, Gavin Dent and Emma Harpley working with us, supporting our activities. We benefited a lot from their expertise. We also had Pete Harmer and Peter Noble with us, filming the action and recording interviews with some of the participants.
One of the people interviewed was second-year History undergraduate, Amber Dyer. Interestingly, Amber is a former pupil of Sawston Village College and first developed a love of History while a pupil at Sawston. It is really heartening to know she has gone on to study History at ARU and was keen to come back to Sawston to support our project.
